The area around the hotel is relatively clean and safe. the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. the staff was polite, cooperative, and well-mannered.

The hotel lacked proper uniforms for the staff which made them look unprofessional.

We were impressed by the helpful and polite staff, as well as the immaculate cleanliness of this hotel. the location in the area it is situated was a highlight as we felt safe even as solo travelers. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the surroundings were also kept tidy.

It was all superb.

Christmas Getaway Made Perfect Spending Christmas at this hotel was such a delightful experience! the rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect. We loved the fact that the hotel was situated in a great location, near shopping centers and tourist attractions. the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and laundry services which was great for our budget.

The room at Treebo Sreemaa was comfortable and well maintained. The staff was helpful in resolving issues with the wifi, which eventually started working.

We enjoyed the fact that the hotel was located near shopping centers and restaurants. The room we booked was spacious and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. We also appreciated the good quality of the towels provided.

Our romantic escape turned sour when we noticed the lack of attention to detail from the cleaning staff. The bathroom had a foul odor which persisted throughout our stay.
